“Servus” from the heart of Europe

Simply magical

Majestic mountain peaks, crystal clear lakes and lush alpine pastures as if they are straight out of a picture book: the idyllic Austrian landscape is simply magical. Austria’s feel-good environment offers clean air, soothing sunlight, green forests and lush meadows. Nature has a lot to offer that relax and invigorate our senses.

With its almost 9 million inhabitants, Austria is comparatively small and is conveniently located in the heart of Europe. The country between Lake Neusiedel and Lake Constance is characterized by its rich history and traditions. Cities like Vienna, Salzburg or Graz are architectural jewels and their cultural life, whether it is opera, concerts or museums, is world-famous.

Winter and summer

Vineyards, rolling hills, vast forests, old ruins and fairytale castles – that’s Austria too. Picture perfect as if straight from a postcard.

The country in the Alps offers a unique mountain panorama. In winter, everything revolves around snow and skiing. In summer, the ski slopes turn into a paradise for hikers. The idyllic lakes at the foothills of the Alps invite you to swim.

Austrian cuisine is famous

Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz (boiled fillet), goulash and cheese spaetzle, or typical Austrian pastries such as Sachertorte, apple strudel or Kaiserschmarren: many of the recipes of the Austrian cuisine date back to the times of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and attract lovers of good food from all over the world.

The famous Johann Strauss waltz “Blue Danube” might be the secret national anthem of the Austrians. Indeed, the location at the blue Danube is geographically favorable, infrastructure and medical care are exemplary, nature is unique, people are hospitable and know how to enjoy life. All good reasons to settle down in the heart of Europe.
